Financial Controller within manufacturer based in Birmingham £35,000-£45,000

Your new company
You will be joining a leading international manufacturer of specialist equipment and services, part of a larger group this organisation offers true scope for progression. Currently they require a Financial Controller to join them on a permanent basis at their Birmingham offices.

Your new role
In your new role as Financial Controller you will be number one within finance reporting into the general manager, you will be responsible for the staff management of finance, HR, and IT. Processes and procedures need to be implemented to streamline the reporting and audit trail. Key financial responsibilities will include tax compliance, annual budgets and forecasts, costings, audit, profit and loss, working capital, cash flow, foreign exchange and ad-hoc reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a background in cost accounting and financial accounting and more recently managing a small finance team, you will be fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA, have strong computer skills in ERP, you will be a clear communicator with strong business acumen.

What you'll get in return
£35,000-£45,000 + 5% bonus + healthcare + dental plan + 25 days holiday + bank
