A fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated, ambitious part qualified Finance Manager to join a rapidly growing company based in West Yorkshire operating within the manufacturing sector.
As Finance Manager you will report directly to the Financial Controller, overseeing the day to day functioning of the finance department. You will assist in preparing financial information to guide the strategic direction of the Company, producing timely and accurate reporting of financial information required by the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding Company whose turnover has grown from £7.5m in 2013 to £15m budgeted for 2016, employing over 100 staff across 5 sites and trade in over 30 countries (70% of which is through the export market, predominately Europe and the US).
You will either be newly qualified AAT or part qualified ACCA/CIMA, demonstrating a positive attitude to new challenges and the ability to think around a subject where new experiences are faced. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic to gain hands on experience whilst having the support to study alongside, growing with business.
Key responsibilities include:
*Preparation of monthly management accounts for review with Financial Controller
*Weekly Cash Flow & P&L forecasting
*Product Costing and Analysis
*Ensure financial controls are correctly maintained and adhered to throughout the business
*Assist Financial Controller in preparing business cases for financial investments
*Prepare year-end financial accounts for review by Financial Controller including corporation tax and R&D relief submissions
*Preparation and reporting of key KPI's for the business
*Assist Financial Controller in preparing budgets and forecasts
You will have a willingness to learn with close attention to details, demonstrating strong Excel skills.
You will have the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be comfortable dealing with all levels of management.
*£25,000 to £30,000 per annum (negotiable dependant on experience)
