Broad Role in Industry on the IOW
Your new company
Established commercial business with a strong established track record on the Island seek a Financial Controller with broad technical skills to join during an exciting period of change within the business.
Your new role
You will lead a small team whilst ensuring the consolidation of the statutory accounts are produced in line with key reporting deadlines. You will produce management reports whilst running the budgeting and forecasting process. Furthermore you will lead audit process, support tax queries and work on a range of projects which aim to drive process improvement across the finance function.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will be a qualified accountant (or soon to qualify) with broad technical skills gained in either professional practice or industry. Any exposure to consolidations and prior leadership skills will be desirable in this role. Furthermore you will be commercially minded individual with strong technical accounting skills and an exceptional work ethic.
