Description
The Commercial & Finance Manager will have a broad scope to influence and shape a new way of working:
- Lead the commercial delivery function with appropriate commercial management , financial assurance and risk management.
- Manage and report on the financial position of the organisation
- Ensure contracts with external suppliers are managed and meet the business needs
- Drive contract efficiency's, highlighting opportunities for improvements, contract performance and customer service
- Manage and develop a team of 8 direct reports
Profile
You will have proven management experience with in a commercial contracting environment and a natural ability to inspire excellent performance. you will be able to deliver clear direction and strategy and work with a collaborative style.
