My client is a significant private equity real estate firm with several billion sterling under management.
They have an immediate vacancy for a Project Accountant to work on a significant £1bn development.
The Project Accountant will be responsible for all aspects of the reporting (which includes 25 SPV's) under FRS102 and consolidated into the holding company LLP. You will be dealing with several J/V partners and accurate and concise reporting is essential.
The role would suit a qualified accountant with FRS102 experience and ideally from a Real Estate background.
The initial contract will run until March 2017 and then may be extended or by mutual agreement made permanent.
