Our growing technology client is seeking to appoint a new Finance Director. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape, grow and ‘exit’ a high potential business.
Responsibilities:
- Business partnering the CEO and fellow Board members
- As part of the leadership team play a key role in setting and executing the business strategy and 3/5 year plan
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Ensure first class financial information (FP&A and management information)
- Deliver timely and accurate financial & management accounts
- Oversee other back office functions
Candidate Profile:
- Commercially aware with sound financial acumen
- Experience of operating as; Financial Controller, FP&A Manager, Head of Finance or Finance Director
- Natural business partner
- Highly capable leader and developer of people
- Able to operate at Board level and ‘get hands dirty’ when needed
