Head of FP&A - £60000 - £75000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits

Wade Macdonald is working with a global software business is East Berkshire who is currently recruiting for an Head of FP&A for their UK business. Providing detailed forecasts for revenue and profit throughout the year, this role is instrumental in setting the annual plan with the Sales staff, in order to achieve maximum conversion of pipeline into revenue.

Key responsibilities will include monthly forecasting and maintaining the P&L forecast for individual initiatives throughout the year. Producing variance analysis reports and present variances to plan. Drive revenue pipeline conversion and conduct weekly revenue call meetings with Account Managers. Produce weekly update revenue pipeline reports for management purposes and produce annual budget and sales targets.

Our clients seeks a qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) professional with proven "hands on" FP&A experience. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong business partnering skills, with the ability to articulate management information to the leadership team
