Our client, a FTSE Listed Real Estate Company, requires a career driven Finance Manager to help drive an ever growing profitability margin.
Based in the London office and reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for management accounts across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of overhead monthly reporting packs
- Management, preparation and review of the management accounts
- Management of the annual budgeting process
- Liaison within the finance team and be the leader when the FD is not available
Requirements:
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified
- Audit background
- Proficient in excel
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
