Your new company
A rapidly growing recruitment company is looking for a Financial Controller to manage the day to day running of their finance team in London.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the management of 7 staff members who look after the transactional elements finance. Reporting into the managing director you will need to be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and able to communicate clearly with both finance and non finance staff. You will be managing the day to day running of the finance function including payment of commission to the recruiters. You will be managing the payroll for the business and will need strong payroll management.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant confident working with people and engaging with stakeholders both finance and non finance. You will need good hands on accounting experience and the ability to manage staff effectively. You will need to have an eye for detail and excellent payroll management with previous hands on experience in payroll.
