BTG Recruitment is working on an opportunity for a Finance Manager to join an acquisitive business services business based in Salford. With plans to keep growing over the next two years this is an exciting time to join.
We are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to work alongside the Financial Controller in growing a finance team and developing internal processes and procedures for the business. This role would be the ideal opportunity for someone with the ambition to develop there career.
- Produce a monthly set of Management Accounts
- Assist in the setting up of financial processes and procedures
- Cost centre management
- Assist in building a new finance team
- You will possess strong PC skills and must be competent in using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Reporting on monthly KPI's for monthly board meetings
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
- Implementation of robust cash flow forecasting system and regular maintenance
- Assisting with annual budget preparation
- Hold an accountancy qualification
- Minimum of 3 years experience working within a finance department
- Experience producing monthly accounts
- The ability to on your own initiative
- Have attention to detail in the work you produce and be extremely organised
