Job Title: Senior M&A Manager Location: Bristol Job Reference: RSP/17644 Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 Job Description: Exciting new opportunity for a experienced M&A professional to join an International Consultancy business based in Bristol. Working with the CFO, this is an integral role for an individual to establish an in-house M&A practice to support the in-organic growth strategy, and meet the target of between 3 and 4 acquisitions in the $3-$6M deal size per year. Building top line revenue through strategic acquisitions, you will identify target and focus countries / areas to maximise benefit, build relationships and ultimately agree intent to purchase. You will then lead on closing the deal, working closely with relevant stakeholders and supporting the post purchase integration program. This is a unique opportunity to take responsibility for the full acquisition life cycle, and significant international travel will be required. The Person: The successful candidate will be an experienced M&A professional with significant experience in deal structuring, negotiating and legal issues. You are likely a Qualified Accountant who has worked in a large firms M&A practice, and who possesses strong accounting skills and financial acumen, and international exposure to accounting, compliance and advisory firms. You will be driven, energetic and exceptional at building relationships, combined with the ability to manage the sensitivities of acquisitions and the capability to design and execute due diligence and integration programs.
