An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced NHS Accountant to join a well-known NHS Organisation as a band 7 Finance Manager.
As Finance Manager you will provide a comprehensive Financial Management service to a clinical division. This will include producing accurate and timely monthly financial reports, attending regular meeting with budget holders to advise on the financial position of the division and leading the annual budget setting for the division.
The Finance Manager will also look at identifying CIPS, support the production of business cases including presenting them to the group board and assist with Capital Bids.
The Finance Manager will ideally be a qualified Accountant although applications from finalists may also be considered. With a strong NHS Accounting background the Finance Manager will be confident and outgoing with the ability to build strong relationships across the division. The ability to remain calm when under pressure and meet deadlines is essential to be successful in the role.
