Description

Primarily business partner to the Head of Shared Services, responsible for assisting in the development of the Global Shared Services strategy and understanding the financial and value add opportunities

Partner with the Head of Shared Services and his leadership team as required, supporting any global or cross-divisional initiatives in IT, driving financial analysis, modelling and reporting

Developing the ongoing finance support model for a growing IT shared services function

Ensuring rigorous financial control for IT cost and projects, making sure cost are monitored throughout the project life cycle and in line with group governance

Identify opportunities to leverage synergies across business

Executive level management reporting to enable efficient and successful running of the IT Shared Services function

Budgeting and planning for IT Shared Services

Businss case support for IT projects

Recharge calculation, analysis and distribution, building strong relationships and engaging with teams across the group with clear levels communication

Management of a small team of qualified and part qualified accountants

Profile

Qualified accountant with experience of business partnering in a large, complex technology driven environment
