Finance Business Partner

Our client is a well known organisation based in Nottingham city centre that now require an experienced Project Accountant to support an ongoing systems change programme.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Project Manager within the change management team to lead the budget and forecast process for the remainder of the project.

Key aspects of the role will be:
Examine and challenge key stakeholders on budget submissions based on capacity constraints
Identifying areas of potential improvement and enhancement to the current budget model
Work with the model in a live environment making amendments as and when required
Undertake the reverent due diligence on capital budget requests and provide information and recommendations to the programme management committee
Create a consolidated budget version for management approval
Deliver current budget across key stakeholders within the organisations, dealing with challenges and questions accordingly
Compare actual to budget CAPEX results and deliver variance reports out to key stakeholders

The ideal candidate for this position will be experience of working with a business change environment and should have CAPEX project experience ideally centered around IT or Technology based investments.
