We are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant join our Blue-Chip client based in the Surrey on a 6-month project. The successful individual will be responsible for accounts payable and receivable rebates, entering new information, scheduling reports for analysis and ad hoc data entry maintenance work. The chosen candidate must and Intermediate Excel experience.
Duties will include:
• AP & AR processing
• Volume data entry
• KPI delivery
• Rebate invoicing
• Data reporting
• Produce analysis, including, graphs, charts, v-lookups and pivot tables
• Working to tight deadlines
You must have
• Some previous financial experience
• Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & accruals experience
• Good Excel ability (v-lookups & Pivot Tables)
• Excellent communication
