An award winning accountancy firm near High Wycombe are looking for an experienced Accounting and Advisory Senior Manager to join their growing team.
You must be from a Practice background and have a minimum of 8 years experience to be considered for this role.
The role:
- Managing the team alongside the Partners
- Manage and develop a portfolio with larger more complex clients
- Planning assignments
- Allocating work to staff
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Undertake CPD
- Assist partners with analysis of WIP
- Specialist technical knowledge of Audits
The Candidate:
- ACA/ACCA Qualified
- Practice background – minimum of 8 years experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
