Goodman Masson are currently working with a leading London real estate investment manager towards the role of Investment Accountant. You will be joining a business experiencing a period of significant growth, with a range of exciting opportunities in new markets. Key requirements:
*Reviewing financial due diligence;
*Preparing information as required to support the transaction process;
*NAV calculations;
*Develop an understanding of tax structuring;
*Reviewing specific financial balances within the consolidated accounts;
*Preparing working papers for the auditors;
*Developing an awareness of IFRS and other developments relevant to the industry and the financial statements in order that these are appropriately planned for;
*Overseeing the consolidated accounts and their signing off before inclusion in the reporting; and
*Building relationships with client services team and portfolio managers.
Key skills:
*Strong academics;
*Industry or practice trained Accountant;
*Real estate and / or investment management experience;
*Specialisms in financial control, reporting, analysis or audit all welcomed; and
*A positive work attitude and a desire to develop your career.
