The Invoicing Analyst will be responsible for the following on a weekly cycle:
- Reviews of payment to suppliers and ensuring correct receipting
- Expedite payments to suppliers
- Daily monitoring of performance across sites
- Manage and liaise any discrepancies with off shore Accounts Payable team and rectifying with individual site managers
- Assist the FP&A teams with Month End support across the wider finance function
To be successful in your application you will have:
- A good understanding of the Procure to Pay (P2P) service
- Strong understanding and practical knowledge of working in a busy Accounts Payable function and ideally have dealt with off-shore teams
- Strong communication skills including non-finance stakeholders both internally and externally.
- A solid understanding and knowledge of IT systems including V look-up's and Pivot Tables in Excel
- Oracle experience is advantageous
