Finance Manager

Our highly established and well respected client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their expanding team. This is a highly visible role that will provide the successful candidate with the commercial exposure needed to develop into a successful Financial Controller.

Due to the nature of the role you will need the ability to manage regular reporting, as well as having a strong commercial acumen. Having a open and confident approach, with the ability to take responsibility and lead from the front.

Key responsibilities;

- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Managing regular balance sheet reconciliations
- Monitoring and analysing weekly sales margins and trends
- Monitoring cash balances and preparing regular cash forecasting
- Provide support to business planning, budgeting and forecasting activity
- Preparing VAT return
- Managing a small team
- Supporting internal and external audit process
- Assist the Financial Controller in providing financial advice to internal stakeholders
