Management Accountant Large Manufacturing Business - Telford Salary up to £55,000

A large Shropshire based manufacturing business currently have a permanent job vacancy for an experienced Management Accountant for the Telford finance team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for all aspects of financial forecasting as well as preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual reports using Hyperion. Alongside this you will redesign forecasting models to streamline the forecasting and budgeting process and implement activity based costing and fully understand each products bill of materials. Whilst also ensuring compliance with both UK and US GAAP.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant - ACA/ACCA/ACMA/CIMA who has experience working in a similar role for a manufacturing business. You'll need an ability to drive through change with good attention to detail, decisiveness and organisational and planning ability. Ability to make process and procedure improvements and change management skills are also desirable.
