Interim Project Accountant required to assist with the implementation of IFRS9 within an excellent Birmingham based service business. You will work within a project team, liaising with external consultants to ensure all financial reports are compliant with up to date standards. This will involve making changes to accounting models, designing test plans for user acceptance testing, analysing results and producing documentation for training.
The successful Project Accountant will be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) and have relevant experience gained within the service sector. You will also be available immediately or with short notice. Alongside all of the above attributes you must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to correspond with stakeholders at varying levels.
