Senior Finance Manager

This innovative, rapidly growing E-commerce business is seeking an ambitious Senior Finance Manager. In this business critical role you will create a 'best in class' function to deliver a high quality service to clients, whilst supporting the wider business.

Reporting into the Financial Controller and managing a team of ten, your key responsibilities will include:

• Business partnering with key internal and external stakeholders
• Full ownership of the day to day transaction processing environment, including Account Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
• Driving significant improvements across the function, including the delivery of robust financial processes and systems to
• Delivering accurate and timely management information on business performance , allowing the business to make critical commercial decisions

You will have demonstrable experience of a shared service centre or transactional processing environment with the ability to motivate and develop members of staff. Previous experience of improving and implementing systems and processes is essential. As a collegiate and analytical individual, you will have the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across a variety of functions.
