Acquisition Analytics Manager

Analyse & report on credit strategy / system performance. Utilise tools, knowledge, data & contacts to optimise acquisition process to reduce cost of acquisition and deliver best customer experience through system capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Gather and interpret data into Management Information to inform strategy and business decisions
• Recommend change to policy rules and decisions to reduce early disconnection rate / losses due to non-payment
• Produce impact assessments on proposed / requested changes
• Design / test / implement agreed change through Transact system & strategy
• Maintain and develop a SQL server & reporting function
• Ensure comprehensive and complete user and system testing is performed
• Manage post implementation reviews to ensure system processes operate as planned
• Design & draft supporting system documentation
• Communicate to stakeholders on results / decisions / reason for change
• Support stakeholder ad-hoc queries and reports as requested
• Liaise with internal project & change teams, offering system / test support and ensure requirements are delivered

Essential skills, attributes and experience:

• Knowledge of the credit risk lifecycle
• Skills in manipulating, analysing and presentation of data
