Financial Controller

The Company

Brewster Pratap are recruiting for a manufacturing company based in Doncaster who are looking to recruit for a Financial Controller

The Job

This job will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for controlling the day to day financial activities for the company

Prepare monthly management accounts and other financial information showing comparison year on year

Preparation of month end accounts, VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations and monitoring performance

Co-ordinate all internal and external audit procedures and activities

Maintain control over cashflow forecasting

Maintain controls over fixed asset values and depreciation

Support management in the calculation and control over the costing rates for works labour and overhead

Identifying and recommending operational efficiences and improvements to working practices and procedures

The Person

Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with a process orientated background, ideally manufacturing. You will have the ability to work under pressure, be a member of a senior management team and be able to work to tight deadlines
