An international media group, based in Central London, is looking to recruit a Complaince (SOX) Manager
This role will report to the UK Cluster Sr. Manager of Compliance and will work with the Business Process & Controls group and UK Cluster Management to develop and execute Group Compliance initiatives within the UK cluster.
Group Compliance initiatives will be a combination of the business priorities as well as UK cluster priorities, as agreed by management.
The UK Cluster Manager of Compliance is an integral part of the UK cluster and Group Compliance organizations. This role is a primary contact both finance and the business regarding all queries within the cluster as they relate to compliance, DOA, SOX, policies/procedures and non-negotiables. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that our internal controls are operating effectively, and that risks are identified and remediated timely.
This role will suit a qualified accountant and has a travel element of 15-20%
