Immediate Start, £20 - £25 per hour, Cost Accountant/Finance Analyst
A prestigious industry leading business based to the south of Cambridge is currently looking to recruit a cost accountant/finance analyst for a four-month contract. This role is to play a pivotal part of an efficiency project and will involve working closely with the senior finance team.
The main duties of the role will include:
• Identify and analysis costs across multiple business areas
• Map processes and procedures in order to identify areas of improvement
• Consolidate and present findings to senior finance staff with recommendations on efficiency savings.
• Identify areas of possible income enhancement and how this can be achieved.
• Any other adhoc duties as required
In order to be successful in this role you will require the following skills and attributes
• Experience in identifying efficiency savings in complex organisations
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• High level of Excel competence including VLOOKUPS, PIVOT Tables and IF Functions.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to no finance staff.
