Finance Manager

Butler Rose is supporting a growing Retail business with the appointment of an FP&A Manager. At an exciting time of growth, this role will support the business at the forefront of trading, providing commercial insight, analysis and challenge to aid continued improved performance. This influential job role is based within the commercial finance team located at their offices in Portsmouth.

This is a visible job role where the ability to communicate effectively across all seniority levels cross functionally is essential. You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with a successful track record within the commercial finance arena ideally gained within Retail/FMCG sector due to the fast paced nature of this company / role.

A sound knowledge and experience of budgeting and forecasting processes is required, being able to review and question the considerations that should be included. You will also be highly IT literate to include advanced Excel, with the ability to interrogate and present data successfully to a wide and varied audience.
