Senior Finance Business Partner

Qualifications:
CCAB or similar professional finance related qualifications is essential, an advanced qualification in financial management is deirable.

Essential Experience required:
-Substantial and proven experience in managing financial accounts and systems
-Substantial proven ability in programme financial management and in budget development and management
-Proven ability of successfully implementing and managing institutional funding
-Proven ability in donor financial reporting
-Proven project management skills
-Proven experience in managing commercial contracts and payment by results approaches

Essential Skills and Abilities required:
-First class communication both verbal and written
-Attention to detail
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Ability to work under own initiative and make decisions within a clear systems framework
-Computer literate and knowledge of various software accounting packages
-Ability to assess capacity and train

-Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams
