My client based in Watford is looking for a qualified Finance Business Partner/Commercial Finance Officer. This is a specific role to manage a new portfolio which has been taken with some clear work stages and deadlines over the next 6 months. The key tasks include: -Financial Management & Support -Collate financial information and report -Reviews and record contract information -Billing - monitor, setup and report -Occupancy and performance levels
-Complete a robust Q3 forecast
-Develop a meaningful budget bottom up with each service
-Support and develop a long term financial strategy for fee based services
-Work alongside Financial Accounting to ensure processes are in place
