Our Client is a dynamic and commercial organization in the Cardiff area and due to a change in Business Support structure has an excellent opportunity for a very competent, technically able and highly organized Qualified Accountant to assume a key role within the organization.
The initial focus of the role will be around improvement of systems, procedures, controls, efficient reporting and MI and development of the team to improve the overall engine hub of Finance.
Thereafter the role will lead the Finance team to integrate Finance into the Operation so as to undertake a far more Business Partnering approach, developing excellent relationships with key stakeholders and driving a far more accountable and commercial approach to financial management.
Whilst there is no flexibility around the basic salary the package is greatly enhanced by the exceptional pension scheme and c 50 day holiday entitlement.
