Head of Finance job in Central London, full financial responsibility and strategic direction for this SME, luxury produce distribution business.

Your new company
This distribution business channels into the luxury food sector and supports fine dining customers across the Country. Turning over c.£10m, this subsidiary is part of a US listed and recognised food distribution group and has a newly appointed Managing Director.

Your new role
Your Head of Finance role works closely with the new MD and Group FD, and is responsible for everything from managing the 2 bookkeepers looking after the day to day processing, alongside taking a more strategic view of what the division is doing and helping the Senior Management guide ambitious growth plans. You'll be working directly with non-finance members of staff including those directly involved with the selling, marketing and distributing of the diverse product range, and have great autonomy to suggest and implement process improvements across the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have strong academics and be a fully ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified accountant, with a strong demonstrable skill set of the full financial reporting cycle. You will be familiar with working in a small company environment, and also have excellent communication skills and the energy and charisma to fit into this growing organisation.
