The SF Group is currently searching for a Financial Reporting Manager to join a large profitable business in Nottingham. This business has grown extensively over recent years and aims to continue in that trend for the foreseeable future.
The successful candidate will have full accountability for the financial reporting of the company, and will be tasked with the constant improvement of financial accuracy and control.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and submit statutory financial statements in accordance with relevant legislation
- Review month end information ensuring accuracy and following this up with relevant department heads
- Month-End Forecasting duties
- Ensure that all financial activities are conducted in a manner that fully complies with the requirements of good governance and accounting policies
- Manage a small Financial Accounting Team
- Be the key liaison for external audits
Required skills and experience:
- Qualified Accountant
- Track record of strong financial management
- Strong stakeholder awareness
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
