Management Accountant

Would you like the opportunity to work as a Management Accountant for a large FMCG organisation? We are recruiting an exciting commercially focused finance role on a permanent basis in Northampton.

What are the key aspects of the role?

As a Management Accounting you will report directly to the Financial Controller. The day to day will see you business partnering with the operational site leadership team. You will be their go to person for management reporting and management information covering everything from factory performance KPI's, through to monitoring their financial planning and forecasting activity. Coordination and delivery of month end timetable is also a key aspect to this position.

What experience is required?

Experience of and working knowledge of key manufacturing topics - Material and Manufacturing Variances, labour analysis and fixed cost reviews etc.
Proven experience of managing a team or leading a project team
Strong IT skills, covering AS400 based accounting systems
Strong Excel skills
