A rapidly growing consumer goods business, based in West London, is looking to recruit a SOX Consultant.
The Group is going through an exciting period of change. There is a clear strategy in place for further growth. The Group has plans to continue to grow organically, whilst pursuing strategic acquisitions to build a best-in-class food company. By virtue of the Group's listing on the New York Stock Exchange, the business needs to comply with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. To that end they require a SOX Co-Ordinator
Reporting to the SOX Compliance Manager the SOX Coordinator is responsible for supporting all aspects of administration within the wider Group Finance function (covering Treasury, Group Financial Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis and Tax) . There is excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the business has excellent examples of career development.
