Finance Manager

This Manufacturing organisation is rapidly expanding due to an unprecedented demand for their products. As a result of continued growth they are now looking to expand the finance team with the appointment of experienced and qualified Finance Manager.

The position itself represents a brilliant opportunity to join a profitable company that has very ambitious growth plans over the next 3-5 years. This will very much be an environment where you will great days and other may be for of a challenge, however you will reap the rewards through being involved in the expansion and success of one of the most well regarding organisations within their sectors.

Key areas of responsibility:
Delivery of full month end and MI reporting
Budget / forecast management working closely with key stakeholders on variance analysis
Driving KPI reporting and delivery of information to board and non-finance stakeholders
Cash flow management and reporting
Work closely with the Finance Director on process improvement projects and the ongoing development of the finance team
Key experience required:
Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
Proven experience in working in partnership with on-finance stakehoders in a business partnering capacity
Manufacturing sector experience
Proactive by nature and willing to undertake any tasks needed to deliver to a high standard
High levels of attention to detail and presentation skills
