Finance Director

Key responsibilities will include maximising profitability via the proactive review of divisional performance, leading the finance team to ensure the timely delivery and presentation of financial results to senior management and the Executive committee when required, working closely with operational teams to ensure the commercial viability of new and existing business, establishing greater controls across all areas of finance including working capital and cash flow forecasting, implementing new KPIs for business performance measurement, conducting regular balance sheet reviews and undertaking strategic project work as required.

The successful applicant will be a progressive, qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a demonstrable commercial business partnering background. Applicants will lead by example deploying the necessary skills required to develop the finance team and achieve strong levels of business growth. Previous insurance experience would be advantageous.
