This role is based with the hospitality/catering industry and therefore multi-site & multi-unit hospitality/retail experience is a MUST. Your application will only be considered if you have experience working within this environment.

Key responsibilities:

* Timely and accurate preparation of monthly Management Accounts for 4 different locations (approx. 12 different units)
* Ensure all costs are correctly accounted for on a monthly basis by verifying and posting a/c entries.
* Working with relevant managers to ensure they understand the results
* Preparation of Prepayments and Accruals
* Maintain FA register including posting monthly depreciation journals
* Experience of Multi Site Accounts and Multi Currency
* Reconcile and review owned Balance Sheet accounts
* Reconcile Bank and Inter-Company accounts
* Reconciliation of the daily cash report and identifying any variances.
* Sales Reporting daily and weekly to management and external stakeholders
* Assisting and supervising transactional team members as required.
* Prepare Cash-flow on a daily basis
* Office of National Statistic Returns
* Dealing with any ad-hoc queries

Person Specification:
* Ideally will be studying for CIMA or ACCA
* Ability to work well under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
* Needs to be a self-starter with excellent communication skills.
* Have working knowledge of Sage 200. This is desirable not essential
* Confident user of excel including V Look Ups and Pivot Tables
* Experience of working in a busy, high volume environment.
