Sales Ledger / Cash Specialist
Temporary-to-Permanent
West End
Hours: 8:00-16:30
Start Date: 31st October 2016
This role is based with the hospitality/catering industry and therefore multi-site & multi-unit hospitality/retail/leisure experience is a MUST. Your application will only be considered if you have experience working within this environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Reconciliation of banking reports against daily cash breakdown
* Producing sales reports and identifying discrepancies in cash and banking
* Resolving any historic queries relating to cash and sales ledger.
* Bank reconciliations
* Raising sales invoices for voucher sales
* Processing receipts and allocating to ledger promptly.
* Raising and posting of sales ledger invoices.
* Preparation of credit card, petty cash and expenses analysis
* Preparation of daily cash flow
* Credit control
Person Specification:
* Candidates applying must be proactive, have a good eye for detail and have good communication skills.
* Needs to be a self-starter and be able to work to deadlines.
* Preferably also have previous experience in SAGE 200
* Confident user of excel including V Look Ups and Pivot Tables
* Experience of working in a busy, high volume, multi-site, multi-currency environment
