Firm in central Manchester who due to the success of their internal audit team need an Internal Audit Manager

We are currently working a leading independent firm in central Manchester who due to the success of their internal audit function they are seeking to expand the team, and have multiple vacancies from Assistant manager to Manager. The team are dedicated to providing a high quality service to their clients and are broad-ranging from training and consultancy, to the voluntary and public sector, including social housing providers, charities and education.

Your new role
Our client is seeking an established Internal Audit Manager who is either in a similar role and seeking a stronger career path, or someone who moved in-house and would like to return to practice. You will be managing a portfolio of clients, from undertaking planning, to reviewing and approving work and attending Audit Committee meetings, through to managing an outstanding team and strategic projects that could be across the firm. Your strengths will not only be in your report writing and ability to communicate at board level, but in your ability to coach and develop an expanding team with clear succession plans in place.
