The person joining them will need to have excellent systems and process implementation skills to build a robust platform that will be able to provide key MI and Management Accounts to highlight areas of improvement and growth potential.
Reporting directly to the MD and the board the person must have excellent communication skills to present the information to non financial personnel.

This role is not for the faint hearted as there will be a lot of heard work to establish themselves in the business as a key member of the management team.
