Accountancy Practice Senior

Due to succession planning, an ambitious Practice Senior is required to join an expanding 2 partner firm. This is a newly created opportunity due to an expanding client base, with the view to progress to management and/or partner level in the short/medium term.

You will act as a key contact for their varied and prestigious and long standing client base representing a well respected Preston based Practice. The scope of the role will include:

* Key contact for a varied and prestigious regional client base
* Accounts preparation from sole traders to limited companies with turnovers up to £80m
* Gaining exposure to management accounts as part of a newly formed function
* Mentor junior members of the team

You will need to be ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a professional practice and a logical career path to date. Previous experience of coaching less experienced staff is desirable but not essential.
