Payout Administrator

Your Job

Our client is looking for a Payout Administrator to join their rapidly expanding car finance organisation in East Oxfordshire either on a full-time or part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an impressive candidate with previous payout experience within a financial services organisation.

Your main duties will include:

*Liaising directly with clients and senior management to ensure applications are processed within defined timescales and in compliance with company and industry standards
*Ensuring that accurate documentation is received, quickly, from external parties
*Liaise with dealerships and clients to ensure documentation is fully complete and accurate
*Running legal checks on vehicles and lending history
*Paying out loans to verified customers


Job Requirements

As a Payout Administrator you will be able to demonstrate a high level of numerical, literacy and IT skills. You will have experience of working within a similar payout environment and will possess the ability to remain calm under pressure and to execute tasks with minimum supervision. Adaptability and drive are vital skills to the success of all individuals who will join this small team. Please note there is an element of weekend work required of the post-holder.
