Finance Business Partner

Resourcery Group are working in partnership with one of the region's fastest growing, profitable listed businesses. Following a period of sustainable profitable growth, the business has made several internal promotions and this has opened up opportunity for new hires at a crucial and exciting time in the organisations growth. As such, my client is now looking to recruit an experienced commercial Finance Business Partner.

Cash rich and profitable, growing organically and with a defined acquisition strategy in place not many organisations in the North West can offer such scope to help shape and grow a business from the frontline. This is a sales focused role, working in conjunction with Sales Directors and Business Development teams to control and improve the tender submission process, enhance margins and increase pitch wins. The role is top line focused and as such you will be expected to grasp fully the commercial and operational drivers of the organisation in order to maximise shareholder returns.

As a Finance Business Partner you will be a key stakeholder manager and will be expected to possess exceptional interpersonal skills; a level of EQ capable of changing behaviours of non-finance personnel. Influence, trust-building, perception management - these will be some of your key tools in driving top line growth.

The successful applicant will be a CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified accountant from a manufacturing or linked background. You will possess robust Excel and Access skills and be capable of owning and delivering the budgets and forecasts, strategic plan and MI suite of information.
