Commercial Finance Business Partner

A talented and proactive Commercial Finance Manager with strong business orientation and a realistic understanding of how finance functions can add value to a business is required for a 6 month contract based in Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large organisation currently going through major changes and to be an integral part of a dynamic finance team.

The Commercial Finance Manager will be providing quantitative and qualitative analysis of business results and forecasts to enable effective business decisions. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the business review, month-end & forecasting.
• Acting as a key contact for all financial information.
• Understanding and implementing steering concepts, including necessary change management processes.
• Driving process change to improve quality of reporting and increase efficiency of processes
• Working alongside senior management to ensure all business and commercial plans are reflected within the business results and forecast.
• Experienced in managing relationships with off-shored finance teams.

The Commercial Finance Manager will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a strategic and structured approach and advanced skills to analyse financial trends. You will also have excellent communication skills to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
