Entrepreneurial highly successful property group, are recruiting a divisional Financial Controller. Reporting to the Managing Director the position is a key member of the management team, providing commercial as well as financial support to the business.
Being ultimately responsible for finance, the role will manage delivery of the monthly management reports, budgets and forecasts as well as the production of Stats and year end management. Additionally there will be a need to look at a number of improvement areas around Banking and Treasury, Payroll and stock reporting, as well as identifying wider operational and reporting efficiencies.
Applicants will need to qualified and whilst it would be ideal to have some sector experience in property, hotel/leisure or asset management. More import a hands on approach commercial and track record of delivering improvements in a broad finance and operations environment.
