We are currently recruiting for an experienced VAT Manager to join a growing team based in Ipswich.
Working alongside the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing VAT and compliance services to a wide range of clients.
Responsibilities include;
• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Liaising with HMRC
• Ensuring assignments are completed within budget
• Actively seeking and keep your line manager informed about any new business opportunities
• Identifying risk and technical problems
• Participating in bids and proposals for new work
• Developing own network of contacts
Ideally you will be ACA qualified with staff management experience and an in-depth and up to date knowledge of Taxation.
