An FMCG company is looking for a management accountant to join their team for 10 months in central London. This role is opened to newly qualified accountants looking to gain exposure in the food and wine industry as they're looking to expand their company across different offices in London. Successful candidates will be working closely with the financial controller, in a vibrant modern office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Provide support for any Ad Hoc queries or request from new business, PR/Marketing team.
- Providing support with monthly and quarterly forecast.
- Looking after budgets in different projects across social media platforms.
- Provide information on statutory accounts.
- Providing financial statements to prepare for audit team.
- Responsible for working with VAT compliance.
- Prepare information on expenses (Looking after travel cost, stock costing, areas of sales import & export).
Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, ACMA/Equivalent)
- Advanced Microsoft excel skills (Macros)
- Strong team player and good communicator that can work under pressure
- Proactive candidate strong presentational and communication skills
