UK & I Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner needed for multinational Technology business in Hampshire!

£60,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

Investigo is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner for a global Technology business in Hampshire who will be responsible for provide key financial data to the UK&I and EMEA management teams by business partnering with the Sales and Marketing teams in order to provide accurate data in a timely manner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand name business and work in a role that has high levels of exposure to senior management in the business and the ability to drive change and improvement across the division.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the delivery of actual, budgets and forecasts processes for a specific business

- Full P&L responsibility for the UK&I division

- Commercial & financial involvement in pricing and bidding

- Analysis across the business unit to drive cost efficiencies and revenue generation

- Reconcile month end results, provide commentary and recommendations to the senior management team

- Interpreting results into plans to improve future results

- Deputising for the CFO as required and acting as a key leadership figure to the EMEA finance team

- Identifying any control issues and driving improvements to close any gaps

Key requirements:

- University graduate

- Qualified accountant (ideally CIMA) with 5-7 years post qualification experience

- Ability to drive process change and to deliver credible analysis and insight into the results

- Excellent planning and forecasting skills and good understanding of finance systems (SAP, Oracle)

- Excellent commercial acumen, attention to detail and resilient approach to problem solving

- Versatile communication style, ability to presentation data to all levels in the organization making it relevant and suitable the audience
