An excellent opportunity has arisen within this FTSE listed business for someone to join the organisation for 6-12 months.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To develop detailed accounting design documents to incorporate their accounting systems into the Group’s technical solution that supports the adoption of IFRS 15
- Working closely with the IFRS 15 project team to ensure that their requirements are incorporated into The Group technical solution
- Managing process changes associated with the adoption of IFRS15
- Developing understanding of complex accounting systems
- Managing / Delivering change within a pressured operational environment
- Stakeholder management across multiple functions and geographic locations
Ideally you will be:
- Ability to understand complex IT / Accounting systems
- Qualified accountant: ACA, CIMA, ACCA
- Strong communication/ influencing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven track record for driving process change
