Due to succession planning, an innovative business group is now recruiting for a Commercial Management Accountant. Managing a small team and reporting to the Board of Directors, this is a 'hands on' role. Core duties will include management reporting, balance sheet, P&L analysis, VAT, KPI's, and a variety of project work. You will be joining a growing business and this a career role with many opportunities. You will play an integral part of a management team and help to manage/support the future growth of the business. You will also be reporting to line management whom are happy for you to make suggestions/improvement ideas. The successful candidate will need to be Professional, Proactive, Social, Commercial and Strategic. Good Excel skills are essential as well as:-

* Excellent communication,presentation and organizational skills
* Experience of working in fast-paced business culture (within tight deadlines)
* The ability to work under pressure
* Experience of interacting with and supporting operational teams
